If a personal or cashier check is used, there will be a 10-day waiting period to allow the check to clear the banks.

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority insured mail. The shipping and processing charges outlined below reflect this.

By customer request we can ship FedEx at an additional cost which is the FedEx Shipping rate plus a $5.00 processing fee.6
Cancellation Policy
Special Orders cannot be cancelled, and all sales are final.
Our regular in stock merchandise can be cancelled with a 4% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipping. Once shipped, regular stock merchandise can be returned per our Return Policy (stated below) except for Galco, Hunter, and Minute Man product sales which are considered final with no return or exchange offered.
Return Policy*
Customer Service is our top priority. We want to make sure you have a pleasant purchasing experience. To this end we strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. With this in mind, the following is our return policy:

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unused and in as new condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, and in a box to protect from crushing during shipping. There will be no refund or exchange for crushed items.

Craig Spegel grips cannot be returned for refund or exchange once mounted to the firearm.

If the above conditions are met, then the customer will have the choice of an exchange or refund of purchase less a 15% restocking fee and all shipping and processing costs.
*The Return Policy is not extended to Galco, Hunter, and Minute Man product sales as well as all Special Order sales which are final with no refund or exchange.
WARNING & DISCLAIMER
Only use your holster for the firearm for which it is crafted. Carrying a handgun in an ill-fitting or improper holster can result in serious injury or death. As your holster ages check it for proper fit and retention and if lacking stop all use of the holster and replace, as necessary. As Lightning Arms Sports Inc. has no control over the use of the holsters it retails, the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the products purchased.
